With our new Homewarm plan we’ve made it even easier for you to spread the cost of all important servicing and repairs.

Basic level.
Our basic cover enables you to spread the cost of your boiler service over the year for just £7.99 per month. This includes the cost of a new nozzle in oil boilers, and a landlords safety certificate if it’s a rental property.
Basic Plus.
Basic Plus takes things up a level, covering you for any callouts to boiler faults, and the time taken to rectify- all that you pay for are the parts. Protect yourself from high labour and callout charges for £15.49 per month.
Standard.
Our Standard package really is the gold standard for boiler maintenance schemes- and for just £18.49 per month with no hidden costs
Everything your boiler needs for it’s reliable running- a service, nozzle, landlords certificate plus all callouts and labour to your boiler including parts!
A major part of your boiler fails the week before Xmas?- not a problem- and it won’t cost you a penny.

Super.
The Super package extends your cover throughout your entire heating system-
External pumps and motorised valves. System controls, time clocks, programmers and stats.
Your hot water cylinder, immersion heater and exposed heating pipework.
Your Heating system, protected for £24.49 per month.
Ultra.
Wave your maintenance worries goodbye! On top of the cover offered under Super, with our Homewarm Ultra package big bills can be a thing of the past- Covering all of your exposed pipework from your mains stoptap, to storage tanks in the loft, and all points inbetween. Dripping taps, misbehaving toilets and damaging leaks?
They’re sorted with a single phonecall for just £32.49 per month.

Made the jump to a heat pump? Bought a new house and have no idea if it’s working efficiently?
Your EMS Homewarm heros are here to save the day- with an annual service to check chemical additives and a look through the system setting requirements, you can be reassured that your getting the best performance from your heat pump.
Heat pump cover can be added to any home warm level, subject to site visit and conditions.
